Lewisham College, one of the UK’s first Beacon colleges, is a large further education college set on two London campuses. The Higher Education main course areas on offer at the College are public sector management, housing, IT, early years, construction and building studies and teacher training. Our full course offer open to you includes: art and design; beauty; business; computing and IT; construction; dance, media and performing arts; ESOL; fashion; health, care and early years; catering; music; sport; teacher training; and travel, leisure and tourism. Sometimes an academic undergraduate course isn’t right for you - a vocational route might suit you better and lead to a more rewarding career. We are rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted and have again been awarded double Beacon status and also have the Training Quality Standard with excellence in IT. With around 300 vocational and academic courses, students can choose a programme that’s right for them in an environment that’s fun and stimulating supported by some of the best facilities in London. For example the Hospitality and Catering school provides study in a state-of-the-art e-learning kitchen and offers students work placements in some of the city’s top kitchens.



We offer excellent support for students and our facilities for students include a gym, beauty salon and onsite restaurants. There are lots of student societies and clubs, you could even write or take photos for our student magazine The Eye. Lewisham College is the gateway to your future.
